Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Compensation: $45 - $48 per hour
Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to provide health coaching, flu clinic services, and biometric screenings in a professional setting. The ideal candidate will have experience in primary care and preventive services, working closely with employees to promote overall wellness.
Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct health coaching and wellness programs for employees.
• Administer flu vaccines and biometric screenings as part of preventive care initiatives.
• Utilize primary care knowledge to assess and support employee health needs.
• Educate individuals on preventative healthcare practices to improve overall well-being.
• Maintain accurate health records and ensure compliance with safety protocols.

Qualifications:

• Active RN License in the state of Connecticut.
• RN Certificate or equivalent nursing qualification.
• 2+ years of nursing experience, preferably in primary care or preventive services.
• Strong communication and patient education skills.
