TikTok Search is a global team dedicated to providing easy access to information and creative content. Evaluation is key to assessing search result quality and enhancing user experience. Our Search Operations team plays a vital role by investigating user feedback, evaluating results, and analyzing data to improve search performance.
In order to enhance collaboration and cross-functional partnerships, among other things, at this time, our organization follows a hybrid work schedule that requires employees to work in the office 3 days a week, or as directed by their manager/department. We regularly review our hybrid work model, and the specific requirements may change at any time.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for developing and implementing engagement plans focused on transforming the current one-way forum into an interactive, creator-centric community.
- Design and execute scalable growth strategies, on the basis of deeply understanding entertainment content ecosystem and creators' needs.
- Revise and optimize community attraction methods, including refreshing branding, running targeted outreach, and launching contests or challenges.
- Coordinate cross-platform strategies across social community channels.
- Foster a welcoming and inclusive environment by moderating discussions, engaging with user posts, and addressing concerns proactively.
- Adjust tactics in real time based on community feedback and analytics.
- Establish interactive feedback loops with users, collecting insights on product features and user experience.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelors degree or above
- Over three years of experience in internet content platforms with deep insights into global content products
- Good at logical thinking, able to understand complicated situations, define problems and develop approaches to achieve goals
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong in cross-cultural understanding, communication, coordination, and driving results.
- Empathetic toward users with a deep understanding of creators' needs.
