Job Description:
- Overall experience of 10+ years
- Understanding of building science, energy, embodied carbon calculations and carbon neutrality strategies for buildings
- Envisioning the experience for EDGE applications with complex business and user needs
- Connecting dots and bringing a cohesive experience across the application
- Adherence to standards, for the timely and quality delivery of artifacts
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the construction, architecture, or engineering industries
- Extensive experience in gathering business requirements and developing functional specifications for building science projects
- Experience with building information modeling (BIM) tools and energy modeling software
- Certified Energy Manager (CEM), a plus
- Building Science or Sustainable Building certifications (e.g., LEED, BREEAM, WELL), a plus.
