Responsibilities:
- Responsible for all on site Electronic Security Systems to include LENEL, Bosch, Milestone, Alertus/Informacast, Mass notification, and related systems.
- Provide onsite technical support to design, build, install, configure, maintain, and operate an HPSD-12 FIPS 140-2 compliant ESS.
- Support with system design, design review, installation, programming, updating firmware and software, troubleshooting, service, maintenance and repair of all ESS.
- Manage and log work/task utilizing SolarWinds.
- Support would be required under differing Service Level Agreements (SLA) depending on the impact of each task/restoration (ie, SCIF, common space, etc.).
- Maintain continuous accountability of supplies and ESS equipment.
- Provide inventories and status upon request to support operations
- Fully and clearly document work procedures, demonstrate ability to work effectively in coordination with other team members
Qualifications
- Active Top Secret/SCI Security Clearance
- 3 years of experience installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting electronic security systems, including CCTV and fire alarms.
- Experience and CORE certifications in LENEL/Bosch security systems are required (LenelS2 OnGuard Certified and Milestone certified preferred)
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams and with external stakeholders
- In-depth background in security technology and integration
- Strong technical and analytical comprehension of electronic security industry-related terms and system features
- Able to read blueprints, architectural, mechanical, and electrical documents
- Able to utilize basic hand tools, electrical meters, and understand relay theory
- Exceptional customer service skills; ability to anticipate and seek to meet the needs and wants of the customer without being prompted
- Ability to understand basic technical explanations and convey updates regarding technical matters to both internal and external audiences.
- Strong troubleshooting, diagnostic, and technical knowledge preferred.
- Planning and organizational skills in handling multiple projects. Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
