Her Pregnancy and Life Assistance Network (Her PLAN) seeks an energetic leader eager to lead the Directory Division in recruiting charities, ministries, and businesses to be a part of the solution for pregnant and parenting moms in crisis. The Director is responsible for bringing about rapid growth of the Her PLAN Directory (directory.herplan.org). The Directory is a platform for finding life-affirming assistance providers across seven categories of care that address the reasons women resort to abortion. The Her PLAN Directory is published in in 29 states with full-time community coordinators in 10 states.
This is a full-time position and required to work in the office M-F.

This is a full-time position and required to work in the office M-F.
Essential Functions
- Direct the management of two teams of 6-8 employees each who are responsible for selling providers on being listed in the Her PLAN Directory (at no cost to them).
- Develop innovative sales action plans that will be used by the team to better recruit new providers and train staff on execution. You will work closely with the Managers of each team to carry out these plans with the teams.
- Maintain technical knowledge by staying up to date and keeping the team up to date with training on new features in our custom online software and HubSpot.
- Lead the Directory Division Leadership Team to collaborate on techniques and standards needed to grow the Directory.
- Liaise with the software vendor to enhance the Directory for users as well as implement upgrades to internal reports provided.
- Work with the marketing team to design marketing email campaigns to aid the success of the division.
- Promote the Directory at conferences across the country.
- Maintain data integrity through recruitment and Data Management processes.
- Engage with users of the Directory to ensure their satisfaction with our product.

Requirements
- Possess a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to analyze data.
- Experience in HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar applications preferred but will train.
- Sales background.
- Strong knowledge of technology platforms including Microsoft Office products (including MS Teams).
- Experience supervising teams and providing programmatic oversight.
- Experience managing IT vendor success.
