Job Title - AWS EKS & Datadog Engineer
Experience Range - 6+ Years
Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
In depth experience configuring and administering EKS clusters in AWS.
In depth experience in configuring DataDog in AWS environments especially in EKS
In depth understanding of OpenTelemetry and configuration of OpenTelemetry Collectors
In depth knowledge of observability concepts and strong troubleshooting experience
Roles & Responsibilities
Design, implement, and maintain AWS Distributed OpenTelemetry (ADOT) solutions for monitoring applications and infrastructure.
Deploy and manage Amazon EKS clusters, ensuring high availability, scalability, and security.
Develop and optimize tracing, logging, and metrics collection using OpenTelemetry in microservices architectures.
Integrate OpenTelemetry with AWS-native and third-party observability tools such as AWS CloudWatch, Prometheus, Grafana, and Datadog.
Experience in distributed tracing (Jaeger, Zipkin, X-Ray) and improving microservices performance.
Knowledge of multi-cluster Kubernetes management and hybrid cloud observability.
Hands-on experience with AWS Lambda, ECS, Fargate, and containerized workloads.
Salary Range - $85000 to $110000 a year
