Job Description
- Maintaining good communication and a positive relationship with employees to promote employee satisfaction.
- Directing the operation of employee relations programs and functions in the organization; ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Helping counsel employees on issues related to EEO, ADA, performance, and termination.
- Monitoring legislative updates and changes to case laws to ensure organizational compliance and to assess any impacts on the organization's policies and practices.
