Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Estimator to join our team. The Estimator will be responsible for providing accurate and timely cost estimates for construction projects, including highway, roadway, marine, bridge, and groundwater projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze project plans and specifications to determine project scope, materials, and labor requirements
• Prepare detailed cost estimates for labor, materials, and equipment
• Review and analyze bid documents to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Collaborate with project managers to develop budgets and schedules
• Communicate with subcontractors to obtain quotes for materials and services
• Attend pre-bid meetings and site visits as required

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Estimator in construction
• Experience with highway, roadway, marine, bridge, and groundwater projects
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Estimating software
