What You'll Do:

• Create a Culture of Excellence
• Lead and mentor a diverse team of maintenance professionals, ensuring they have the tools, training, and support needed to excel.
• Build strong relationships across departments to foster a collaborative, solutions-driven approach to maintenance.
• Ensure a safe, respectful, and engaging work environment where employees feel valued and empowered.
• Optimize Equipment Performance
• Develop and execute a best-in-class preventive maintenance program to maximize uptime, efficiency, and equipment reliability.
• Oversee maintenance operations, swiftly addressing chronic issues and allocating resources strategically.
• Ensure Safety & Compliance
• Enforce safety standards, ensure regulatory compliance, and foster a safe work environment.

What You'll Bring:

• Minimum of 5 years maintenance leadership experience
• Millwright certification preferred
• Strong knowledge maintenance of refrigeration and boilers, including PLC ladder logic; 4th Class Power Engineer certification is an asset
• Knowledge of food safety standards, GMP, HACCP, and relevant regulations
• Flexibility to respond to urgent maintenance needs outside of regular hours
