We are seeking a Strategic Growth Manager to work closely with the CFO and Chief Business Development Officer (CBDO) and other senior leaders on high-impact strategic growth initiatives. This role will focus on driving cross-functional projects to accelerate business expansion, improve operational efficiency, and enhance customer value. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supply chain, logistics, and data analytics, with experience managing strategic projects and collaborating across teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Project Execution: Lead and manage strategic growth projects across the organization, including creating and executing use cases to connect marine and inland data.

Identify and implement opportunities to improve cross-sell efforts across products and services.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of growth initiatives.

Data-Driven Decision Making: Leverage data analytics tools (e.g., Python, SQL, Tableau) to analyze large-scale datasets and generate actionable insights for strategic decision-making.

Develop and maintain models that support network optimization, customer insights, and performance improvement initiatives. We need a leader of value capture for Inland.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with the GTM (Go-to-Market) teams to align strategic initiatives with sales, marketing, and customer objectives.

Work with finance, product, operations, and sales teams to ensure seamless execution of projects and initiatives.

Financial Planning and Support: Support Kaleris initiatives by synthesizing data insights into impactful presentations and fact packs for stakeholders.

Assist in executing and implementing of solutions for finance, Strategy and GTM related projects.

Thought Leadership and Communication: Create and deliver high-quality presentations and pitch decks for internal and external audiences, including C-suite stakeholders.

Act as a trusted advisor to Kaleris ELT by providing data-backed recommendations and strategic insights.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field. 3-5+ years of experience in supply chain/logistics, management consulting, or a related field. Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Python, SQL, Tableau, and Excel. Experience managing cross-functional projects and working with large-scale datasets. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to synthesize complex data into clear, concise insights for C-suite executives. Proven ability to collaborate across teams and drive initiatives in a fast-paced, high-demand environment.
