Test Data Management (TDM Consultant) with GenRocket Exp.

Location- Cincinnati, OH - open for remote working

Qualifications:

10 to 13 years of experience as TDM consultant

The ideal candidate will have expertise in Jenkins, GenRocket, and Delphix - Copy data virtualization.

Must have strong expertise in test data management.

Must have excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Must have strong communication and collaboration abilities.

Experience in the Payer domain is a plus.

This is a hybrid work model with day shifts and no travel required.

Certifications Required

Certified Jenkins Engineer, GenRocket Certification, Delphix Certification

Roles and Responsibilities:

Lead the design and implementation of scalable and efficient architecture solutions

Oversee the integration of Jenkins for continuous integration and continuous delivery pipelines.

Provide expertise in GenRocket for test data generation and management.

Utilize Delphix for copy data virtualization to streamline data management processes.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives.

Develop and maintain architectural documentation and standards.

Conduct regular code reviews to ensure alignment to best practices and coding standards.

Mentor and guide junior team members to foster a culture of continuous learning.

Analyze and resolve technical issues in a timely manner to minimize project disruptions.

Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive innovation.

Ensure that all architectural solutions are secure, scalable, and maintainable.

Work closely with customers to gather and refine requirements.

Contribute to the overall success of the project by delivering high-quality solutions on time.

Salary and Other Compensation:

Applications will be accepted until 04/22/2025.

The annual salary for this position is between $[83,250 - $132,000] depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
