Landmark AOS is a large SETA program that supports the NRO's Ground Enterprise Directorate (GED), which is responsible for the acquisition of systems over the complete end-to-end life cycle. Active Top Secret/SCI Clearance with Polygraph is required for this role.

Job Responsibilities to include:
- Serve as the technical expert for the development, maintenance, and assessment of the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) in support of Agile software acquisition activities.
- Interact with Government project management and functional managers to define scope of work for projects, and develop and update detailed schedules and roadmaps.
- Proactively develop, maintain, and manage detailed project schedules throughout the acquisition lifecycle, from initiation through planning, execution, and delivery phases.
- Integrate developer schedules to generate and maintain an accurate Organization-level master schedule
- Coordinate project level impact analyses of proposed engineering changes.
- Evaluate project schedule progress and performance, identify any variances, and highlight developing problem areas.
- Analyze critical path and constraints to determine effect of changes to schedule and recommend work-arounds.
- Support Agile quarterly cyclic planning and delivery cadence for the program office.
- Contribute to Agile process evolution across Government teams, development contractors, user engagement teams, and stakeholders based upon best practices for schedule management and Agile program management.
Required Education and Experience:
- Bachelors in business, engineering, science, or related discipline and nine (9) years or more experience; Masters and seven (7) years or more experience ; PhD or JD and four (4) years or more experience. Relevant experience to be substituted in lieu of degree.
- Active Top Secret/SCI Clearance and Polygraph
- Experience with developing & maintaining Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) using Microsoft Project or Jira
- Experience with Agile methods (Scrum, SAFe, etc.) in a software development environment or formal Agile training
- Ability to apply organizational, planning, management, problem solving & execution skills to multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to prepare and present various types of reports to all levels of Management
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Demonstrated capability and success working in team environments
- Good working knowledge of MS Office applications
