Responsibilities
Team Introduction:
TikTok Performance team is dedicated to enhancing the short video creation and consumption experience by optimizing performance, improving video quality, and innovating with cutting-edge technologies. We work at the intersection of video engineering, creative tools, and AI-driven effects, striving to empower creators with seamless, high-quality production tools. With a passion for content creation and deep user insights, we continuously refine our tools to elevate both creation and consumption experiences, driving engagement and growth.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for optimizing the performance of creative tools, improving fundamental metrics such as video quality, playback smoothness, etc.
- Develop targeted performance optimization strategies based on differences in network conditions, device models, and environmental loads across different regions.
- Monitor creative tools product strategies, actively identify and analyze areas for performance improvement to enhance content creation experiences, driving key metrics growth.
- Work closely with the engineering and data analysis teams to implement optimization strategies and validate their effectiveness.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or above, with more than 3 year of experience in camera related creative products.
- Deep understanding of short video or Live streaming products.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills, comfortable with a fast-paced environment with a strong sense of ownership.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or other technical fields is preferred.
- Experience in Effects or AIGC products is a plus.
- Experience as a content creator is a plus.
