The Senior Project Manager is essential to the success of construction projects, overseeing every stage from inception to completion. This Senior Project Manager focuses on building and managing high-performing teams to deliver projects of the highest quality, on time, within budget, and aligned with the defined scope. With expertise in project planning, team collaboration, and client relations, the Senior Project Manager ensures customer expectations are consistently exceeded.

Key Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership: Build and lead cohesive, high-performing project teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, accountability, and excellence.
• Project Planning: Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budgeting, ensuring smooth execution across all phases.
• Quality Assurance: Monitor project execution to maintain high-quality standards. Implement proactive quality control measures to identify and resolve issues early.
• Client Management: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining clear, consistent communication to ensure their expectations are understood and met.
• Scope Management: Define project scope and objectives, ensuring team members understand their roles. Manage changes to scope, schedule, or budget as needed.
• Risk Mitigation: Identify potential risks and implement strategies to minimize their impact on project outcomes.
• Compliance and Safety: Ensure projects adhere to all relevant regulations, standards, and safety protocols. Promote a strong safety culture within the team and on-site.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in project management within the construction industry.
• Bachelor's degree in construction management, business management, or a related field is preferred.
• Proficiency in financial analysis, including cost breakdowns, risk analysis, budgeting, and decision-making regarding costs, contracts, and profitability.
• Comprehensive knowledge of regulatory compliance and industry standards.
• Demonstrated ability to foster teamwork and collaboration across diverse teams.
• Valid driver's license.

Salary Description

$90,000 - $120,000 annually
