The Role:
The AVP will be responsible for overseeing the sub-team's portfolio to ensure the consistent delivery of high-quality services to our clients. They will drive strong execution and foster positive client relationships, contributing to PnL targets and generating repeat business. By providing strategic guidance and ensuring quality execution, they will help maintain high levels of team engagement and success. Additionally, the AVP will play a key role in continuously improving Orbit Partners products and processes to optimise results and enhance client satisfaction.

Core Responsibilities:
- Daily management of sub team's project portfolio - go-to for Associates who have questions, reviewing of research and decks produced by team, auditing SF data, project problem-solving.
- Ensuring top execution quality, contributing to execution strategy
- Executing on Recruitment mandates and supporting the commercial function of the team by putting together materials for commercial preparation (including cred collection, pitch content) and managing sector deal flow
- Being consultative when engaging with clients, ensuring positive client experience, managing expectations and generating consistent repeatb business and attending most client calls
- Support team capacity planning, help prioritising team's time and report on positive client feedback and red flag projects.
- Team engagement tracking, WIP identification and closing strategy.
- Build client user relationships and identify revenue generation opportunities - including closing calls, tracking CFs, top-up fees, recruitment fees, etc.
- Embodying Orbit values.
- Ensuring consistent, regular, and comprehensive data entry (in line with best practices) and adherence to compliance standards within your team.
Your Experience:
- Strong Performance Record - Proven track record of exceeding KPIs or performance benchmarks in a similar role.
- Team Management - 2-2.5 years of professional experience, including direct management of multiple team members.
- Client-Facing Work - Regular experience interacting with clients.
- People-Based Research - Background in sourcing, evaluating, and securing executives to satisfy specific criteria.
- Content Quality Oversight - Experience reviewing and ensuring the quality of client-facing content.
- Project Portfolio Management - Responsible for overseeing a team's project portfolio, ensuring delivery against scope and timeline.
- Relevant Industry Experience - Prior experience in an Expert Network is strongly preferred; backgrounds in recruitment firms may also be considered
