SALARY:
$6,358 - $9,889/per month Non-PERS Rate
$6,740 - $10,444/per month PERS Rate
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
In this role you will directly contribute to overall Agency effectiveness by implementing comprehensive, culturally competent employee learning and development strategies and will design, develop and deliver adult learning programs that support the Agency's values around diversity and inclusion.

A bachelor's degree in Education, Organizational Psychology, Business or Public Administration, Training and Development, Human Resources, Organizational Behavior, or related field may substitute for three years of the work experience stated above.

- Working collaboratively to create and provide learning and development opportunities that support growing collective and individual cultural competence, including ensuring a welcoming and inclusive environment.
- Supporting and facilitating the application of learning tools and resources to grow agency-wide cultural competence.
- Identifying and communicating learning opportunities that support workplace culture strategy to the agency.
- Performing informal needs assessments for work groups and assisting with developing and implementing organizational development and team building strategies.
- Managing onboarding tools and resources and supporting new employee orientation
- Designing, implementing, analyzing and interpreting the annual employee engagement survey.
