Quality & Regulatory Compliance Manager

The Quality & Regulatory Manager will lead efforts in maintaining exceptional quality standards for animal health products. This role is based in Tampa, FL and will challenge and enable you to contribute significantly to the health and well-being of animals through diligent oversight and innovative quality assurance practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage regulatory compliance and quality assurance activities at two distribution centers.
• Ensure all products and labels meet FDA regulations and standards.
• Oversee auditing processes and confidently handle FDA inspections.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve regulatory compliance and quality assurance processes.
• Create and manage standard operating procedures (SOPs), training programs, and implementation plans.
• Work closely with the Warehouse Operations to uphold inventory compliance, maintain certifications, and ensure proper storage practices.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing and Procurement teams to maintain high standards.
• Communicate effectively with retailers and other stakeholders regarding product requirements and labels.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality assurance and FDA regulatory compliance.
• Experience in animal health industry preferred.
• Strong leadership and influencing skills, with the ability to drive cross-functional collaboration.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities to work in a fast-paced environment.
