Equitable is seeking a Manager, Sales Technology & Analytics to play a key role in the Sales Engagement and Strategy team. This individual will be responsible for creating and analyzing reports for the Individual Retirement team, leading user adoption of Salesforce, and educating the sales team on analytics to increase sales and process efficiencies.
Key Responsibilities:
Liaison between Individual Retirement's Distribution team and Individual Retirement's Sales Engagement & Strategy team
Drive Salesforce adoption & effective usage
Establish analytics to initiate best practices for internals and externals to increase sales
The base salary range for this position is $85,000 - $105,000. Actual base salaries vary based on skills, experience, and geographical location. In addition to base pay, Equitable provides compensation to reward performance with base salary increases, spot bonuses, and short-term incentive compensation opportunities. Eligibility for these programs depends on level and functional area of responsibility.

Equitable is seeking a Manager, Sales Technology & Analytics to play a key role in the Sales Engagement and Strategy team. This individual will be responsible for creating and analyzing reports for the Individual Retirement team, leading user adoption of Salesforce, and educating the sales team on analytics to increase sales and process efficiencies.
Key Responsibilities:
Liaison between Individual Retirement's Distribution team and Individual Retirement's Sales Engagement & Strategy team
Drive Salesforce adoption & effective usage
- Lead user adoption of Salesforce across the Internal, External, and Key Account sales teams
- Deliver all end user Salesforce training, both in person and virtually through 1:1's and structured group meetings
- Support all end user ad-hoc Salesforce questions and requests
- Proactively support end users in driving best utilization of Salesforce
- Prioritize Salesforce feedback for team members to coordinate with Equitable IT
- Create and publish Salesforce FAQ documents, 1 pager training guides, and Allego videos for Salesforce training and ongoing best practices
- Customize and deliver Salesforce in-app guidance, Learning paths, and Guidance Center
- Provide methods (surveys, quizzes, chats, emails) for ongoing feedback and suggestions
Establish analytics to initiate best practices for internals and externals to increase sales
- Partners with Sales Engagement & Strategy team, Distribution partners, and senior leadership to analyze, communicate and validate requirements for changes to existing business processes and technology to alleviate business issues
- Develops Sales Desk KPIs via scalable dashboards for measuring ongoing success
- Single point of contact for supporting Sales Managers with all reporting and analytics requests; campaigns, activities, pipeline, next best action, call lists.
- Analyze trends in sales data to make recommendations to Sales Leadership
- Collaborates and provides direction on business process improvement and development to drive sales productivity through improved data quality
- Participates in analysis of outside vendors and sales tools, drives strategy and direction of new and existing tools

Qualifications
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business or Analytics
- SIE, Series 6, Series 63 Licenses
- 3 + years of related technology and analytics experience
- Understanding of annuity products
- Proficiency in Excel and Salesforce
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and excel at multi-tasking
- Curious, motivated, and highly organized self-starter and decision maker capable of working with limited supervision.
- Excellent networking and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to learn new concepts quickly.
- Excellent speaking, listening, writing and presentations skills
- Strong analytical skill set
- Project/Program Management experience
- Proficiency with Salesforce.com and Seismic (CMS)
