Description:
Private family seeks a dedicated and experience Property Manager to oversee day-to-day operations and maintenance of a private residence. The Property Manager will be responsible for the overall supervision and coordination of the residence and domestic staff.
Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee all aspects of the residence
Ensure daily tasks and operations are being conducted in a timely and accurate manner
Coordinate event planning for special events and functions
Provide attentive pet care (dogs), including but not limited to coordinating daycare transportation/walkers, feeding, administering medication, etc.
Be the main point of contact for property and all staff-related matters
Ensure property maintenance routine services/maintenance and being performed as contracted and completed in time for the appropriate season
Develop new and enhance existing processes and procedures.
Coordinate with the accounting team to ensure vendors and expenses are paid accordingly
Manage scheduling for household staff
Build and maintain relationships, negotiate and supervise vendors and contractors
Requirements:
Minimum of 10-15 years of experience as a property or Estate Manager
Must be experienced in all areas of household management including housekeeping, vendor management, event planning, laundry and cooking as needed
Must be highly organized and detail oriented
Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills. Must have advanced computer skills including Excel, etc.
Schedule: Full-time
Salary: $160K - 200K per year
