Job Summary:

The Product Analyst serves as the bridge between business needs and technical solutions, orchestrating the successful implementation and evolution of digital operational products. Working closely with customers, technical teams, and key stakeholders, this role transforms complex business requirements into actionable digital strategies. Through careful analysis and continuous optimization, the Product Analyst ensures that solutions not only meet immediate customer needs but adapt to their evolving business landscape. This position demands a unique blend of analytical thinking and customer advocacy, as the analyst must deeply understand user pain points, translate them into technical requirements, and drive the development of solutions that enhance customer satisfaction. By maintaining strong relationships across teams and leveraging data-driven insights, the Product Analyst plays a crucial role in delivering products that consistently exceed customer expectations and drive business value.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Requirements Gathering and Analysis:


  • Conduct in-depth interviews and workshops to deeply understand the customer's business requirements and processes.


  • Document functional and technical requirements, and work collaboratively with the development team to design appropriate solutions.


  • Identify gaps between customer needs and solution capabilities, and recommend customizations or alternative approaches.


  • Technical Implementation:


  • Configure and customize digital platforms according to customer specifications.


  • Develop and execute comprehensive testing plans to ensure solution quality and performance.


  • Manage the deployment process, including data migration, system connectivity, user training, and go-live support.


  • Manages access control to solution(s).


  • Troubleshoot technical issues and provide advanced support.


  • Monitor system performance and optimize solutions.


  • Stakeholder Engagement:


  • Facilitate communication between technical and business teams.


  • Present product insights and recommendations to leadership.


  • Manage stakeholder expectations and handle competing priorities.


  • Lead product review sessions and feedback workshops.


  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams throughout product lifecycle.


  • Train clients on implemented solutions and best practices and provide ongoing support to help the customer's team effectively utilize the implemented solutions.


  • Drive user acceptance and adoption through change management strategies.


  • Gather user feedback and work collaboratively with the customer to continually optimize the solution and processes.


  • Project Management:


  • Lead digital transformation projects from conception to completion.


  • Coordinate cross-functional teams, including technical and support resources, to ensure smooth project execution.


  • Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables.


  • Identify and mitigate project risks.


  • Track and report on project progress and KPIs.


Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Liberal Arts, Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Analytics, or a related field


  • 5+ years of experience in a technology support, business analysis, project coordinator, implementation specialist, or customer success role


  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and draw insights


  • Strong understanding of digital technologies, platforms, and integration methods


  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams


  • Experience with project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.)


  • Ability to quickly learn and understand new technologies and software solutions


  • Experience in change management and driving user adoption of new systems and processes


  • Business process automation


Preferred Qualifications:

  • User Experience certification or knowledge


  • Master's degree in relevant field


  • Professional certifications (PMP, Agile, technical certifications)


  • Knowledge of API integration and web services


  • Proven track record of driving process improvement and workflow optimization


  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and think critically


  • Experience working directly with clients in a customer-facing role


  • Understanding of software development life cycles, testing methodologies, and deployment processes


  • Experience with data analytics and visualization tools


  • Background in consulting or professional services

Estimated total compensation for this position:

120,000.00 - 200,000.00 USD per year

The total compensation range is an estimate and not guaranteed. An employment offer is based on an applicant's education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity and alignment with market data .
