The team's mission is to improve delivery experience while minimizing costs from Fulfillment by TikTok (FBT) via seamless integrated FBT product solution and operation.

Responsibilities
1. Responsible for Seller Growth Strategy and Vision:
- Define Growth Opportunities: Identify key opportunities to improve seller growth within the logistics domain. This includes understanding the core challenges faced by sellers related to fulfillment, inventory management, shipping costs, and time to market. You will work closely with data teams to analyze trends and behaviors that can inform a strategic vision for optimizing seller logistics.
- Support Seller Scaling: Develop and prioritize features or tools that enable sellers-both small and large, to scale their operations. This might include features that help sellers better manage their inventory across multiple warehouses, optimize shipping routes, or improve order fulfillment processes. Ensure that all product decisions align with broader goals to increase seller revenue, reduce costs, and improve seller satisfaction on the platform.
2. Cooperate with the e-commerce product and operation, logistic operation, data and other related teams to design, implement and promote the seller growth tools and systems for international e-commerce markets.
3. Drive continuous improvements and long term product vision with seller-centric feedback loop: Continuously gather feedback from sellers through surveys, interviews, and data analysis. Use this feedback to iterate on existing products and identify new opportunities for improvement.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
1. Bachelor's degree or above, 1-3 years of product management experience in the e-commerce fulfillment or international logistics industry, cross region and cross culture work experience is preferred.
2. Proficient understanding of e-commerce fulfillment, supply chain, cross border logistics, domestic logistics and other related industries.
3. With excellent communication skills, cross-team collaboration and system project management skills.
4. Has the ability to think outside the box and is able to take initiative in innovation to solve complex problems.
Preferred Qualifications
1. Data-Driven: Experience in data analysis and presentation technologies
2. Seller-Focused: Experience working with or developing products designed to support and grow third-party sellers, with a keen understanding of seller pain points and how to address them.
3. Problem-Solving: Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on finding practical and innovative solutions to business challenges.
4. Experience in large e-commerce companies or international logistics companies is preferred.
