Job Title: Mgr or Sr. Manager of Recruitment and Outreach
Department: BISA Growth Team
Reports To: Director of Growth (Kat Gardiner)

Summary
Specific Duties and Responsibilities
1. Recruitment Strategy (Outbound)
Lead in-person recruitment with external partners as a complementary channel to digital marketing
Develop a thorough understanding of our regional targeting and an approach to traveling to and engaging with our region
Create an event calendar to promote academic programs, in-person and virtually
Strategically select conferences, fairs, and industry events to attend, exhibit at, sponsor, etc - register and coordinate attendance
Build relationships with and give presentations to relevant associations, schools, agencies, etc., as a means of creating additional inquiries
Develop digital systems for collecting prospect information via in-person recruitment channels, ensuring seamless data transfer to our CRM (Hubspot)
Lead Admissions recruitment events hosted by the university
Own the strategy and execution of our admissions events, both virtually and in person
Develop a yearly calendar and coordinate logistics internally and externally
Work with the Production team on the technical execution of online/hybrid components
Develop, maintain, and optimize event collateral
Collaborate with digital marketing on lifecycle campaigns to nurture inquiries generated via recruitment efforts (including cold outreach)

- Set inquiry conversion goals for each event type
- Create protocols for qualifying and scoring inquiries
- Facilitate continuous improvement through performance analysis and testing Show ROI for recruitment channels through detailed reporting and analysis
- Set and manage recruitment budgets, tracking spend to ensure proper pacing
- Track attribution for all recruitment efforts, build/maintain report dashboards, and share insights with the broader team
Collateral Development
- Own development of all recruitment materials, including in-person collateral and relevant lifecycle campaigns
- Collaborate with marketing and creative services on design and production
- Ensure all materials align with program-specific messaging
- Participate in inventory and distribution systems
Cross-Team Collaboration
- Partner with academic programs to tailor recruitment approaches
- Work with program directors to identify key industry events
- Develop program-specific talking points that speak to the curriculum and student experience
- Continuously gather feedback (particularly about the student experience) to refine messaging and event strategy
Collaborate with Sr. Marketing Manager - Degree Programs
- Ensure consistent messaging across channels
- Coordinate a cohesive and seamless experience for all inquiries in our funnel, whether they originate from recruitment or digital marketing efforts
- Align the timing of events with the digital campaign calendar
- Continually share insights to inform digital strategy
Student Recruitment Program
- Develop and lead the student recruitment team program
- Work with degree programs to build and train student teams
- Create standardized processes and guidelines to ensure consistency and quality across student recruiters
- Coordinate team activities and assignments
- Monitor and evaluate performance

Required Qualifications:

- 5+ years of experience in admissions/enrollment. Graduate program experience preferred
- Demonstrated success in event planning, budget management, and in-person
- recruitment
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
- Experience with lead capture systems and CRM integration
- Understanding of multi-channel marketing attribution
