We are seeking a Manager, People Process Optimization, to join our Human Resources team in Phoenix, AZ. In this role, you will be instrumental in enhancing our HR processes and systems to ensure seamless service delivery for our global business units. You will bring your expertise to optimize systems, improve processes, and promote innovative solutions that support a dynamic, high-performing HR organization.

What You Will Be Working On:
  • Act as the global process owner for the people team, interfacing with other corporate process owners.
  • Optimize HR processes and systems, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and enhancing the employee experience.
  • Streamline and improve operational processes to reduce cost, increase productivity, and enhance quality.
  • Develop and maintain clear and efficient SOPs to ensure consistency across all operations.
  • Implement and utilize Lean Six Sigma principles to drive process improvements through the DMAIC framework, incorporating Kaizen, root cause analysis, and effective change management strategies.
  • Partner with the global people organization to deeply understand needs and connect the dots.
  • Drive and manage automation initiatives and implement process improvements.
  • Develop and deliver user-friendly documentation and training materials for stakeholders.
  • Champion the HR portal as the primary resource for employees and managers.
  • Oversee the testing and rollout of system updates and enhancements.
  • Provide project management expertise to key global HR initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions.
  • Lead the administration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of core HR systems to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
  • Oversee mass data uploads and produce accurate, actionable reports.
  • Drive operational efficiency by cultivating a collaborative culture, creating platforms for employees to exchange expertise, insights, and best practices.
  • Monitor budgets, reduce waste, and manage operational costs to maintain profitability.
  • Collaborate across departments to optimize overall operations, focusing on enhancing customer satisfaction and business outcomes.
  • Continuously assess operational performance through data analysis, reporting, and process evaluations.
  • Ensure efficient use of human, financial, and physical resources to meet operational goals.
  • Proactively address and resolve daily operational issues to ensure business continuity.

What We Are Looking For:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • 8+ years of experience managing HR processes and systems.
  • Lean Six Sigma Black Belt qualification(s)
  • Proficiency with HRMS platforms such as SuccessFactors.
  • Expertise in HR service delivery, system administration, and process optimization.
  • Proven track record in managing global system implementation projects.
  • Strong project management skills, including planning, execution, and stakeholder management.
  • Comfortable working in a global, multicultural environment.
