The Engineering Solutions and Support Team is responsible for the seamless execution of distinct projects and programs from initiation to successful delivery. This team plays a pivotal role in managing schedules, resources, and aligning technical activities with business objectives.
Key responsibilities include overseeing engineering, technical, and procurement activities throughout the entire Software development lifecycle-planning, execution, and transition to operations. The team works closely with HCM partners to translate business goals into actionable technical plans and ensures smooth coordination across system configuration and product development.
Additionally, the team contributes to evaluating and suggesting system architecture options and is responsible for coordinating the End-to-End delivery in partnership with various teams to ensure robust engineering solutions. This collaborative approach ensures that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business and technical requirements.

The hiring range for this position in California is $152,200 - $204,100 per year and in Washington is $159,500 - $213,900 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.

Responsibilities of Role:
- Lead and manage the software application delivery process, emphasizing integration with cloud and SaaS solutions, from initiation to completion.
- Handle project interdependencies in support of business strategies, roadmaps and financial commitments
- Leads product roadmap in terms of prioritizing initiatives relative to business needs
- Develop and maintain detailed execution plans, identifying critical path activities and potential risks related to cloud applications and ETL processes.
- Effectively communicate project status, issues, and resolutions, particularly those related to cloud and SaaS integration, to key stakeholders.
- Build and lead cross-functional project teams with a focus on cloud technology and SaaS integration, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Collaborate with technical leads and architects to ensure alignment with overall project goals and technical standards, in the context of cloud and SaaS.
- Implement and enforce best practices for software development and delivery, emphasizing quality, performance, and security in cloud environments.
- Collaborate with project stakeholders and vendors to gather requirements, set expectations, and provide regular project updates.
- Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and client satisfaction enhancement in the context of cloud-based solutions
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of cloud technologies, SaaS architectures, and ETL processes in software development and delivery.
- Oversee day-to-day technical execution and stakeholder communications
- Strong leadership qualities and ability to motivate project team members associated with the initiatives
- Collaborate with Business, Technology and Vendor teams to align on roadmaps and strategy
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in project management or related technical field preferred
- 7 years of experience in software application delivery and sustainment efforts
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies, tools, and best practices related to cloud and SaaS.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
Nice To Have:
- Experience in any HCM applications like Peoplesoft, Workday, SAP etc., is a plus
- Prior Experience on a leadership role
Education:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technology field.
- Relevant certifications in project management or cloud technologies is a plus
