Description:

We're looking for a Customer Success Manager in San Francisco for an exciting Series A GenAI Startup.

You will have:
  • 2+ years in Customer Success, Deployment, Account Management, or a similar client-facing role, preferably in SaaS or AI, with a solid understanding of growth and retention strategies.
  • You have strong understanding of GTM landscape and AI technology.
  • You have excellent relationship-building, communication/presentations skills, and project management skills - with the ability to manage multiple clients maintaining high quality and attention to detail.
  • You are a self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset, eager to innovate and solve problems, with a passion for helping clients succeed.
  • You can navigate ambiguity confidently, making quick, informed decisions and adjusting as the company evolves.
  • You have a 'no task is too big or too small' mindset and will roll up your sleeve to get the job done.
  • This role is in-person 5 days/week in the San Francisco office.
