Position Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership & Integration
  • Act as the Integrator under the EOS framework, aligning departments and ensuring cross-functional collaboration.
  • Develop and execute operational strategies to support growth, expansion, and financial sustainability.
  • Partner with the SVP of Clinical Affairs to balance business objectives with high-quality patient care.

Operations & Growth
  • Oversee multi-site, multi-state ambulatory care operations, ensuring scalability and efficiency.
  • Drive growth and expansion initiatives, including market entry strategies and service line development.
  • Optimize hybrid care models (in-person and telehealth) for seamless patient experiences.

Financial & Business Performance
  • Own P&L management, ensuring financial health and operational sustainability.
  • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning, maintaining strong financial discipline.
  • Manage revenue cycle processes and diverse payor mix, including Medicare and Medicaid reimbursement models.

People & Culture
  • Lead Human Resources and People Operations, fostering a high-performance culture.
  • Ensure strong talent acquisition, retention, and leadership development programs.

Marketing & Brand Growth
  • Oversee growth and marketing strategies, ensuring brand visibility and patient acquisition.
  • Drive innovative partnerships and outreach programs to support business growth.
Experience & Skills:
Required Experience and Qualifications:
  • MBA required
  • Strong financial acumen, including expertise in P&L management
  • Experience in multi-site, multi-state ambulatory care settings
  • Expertise in growth and expansion strategies
  • Familiarity with Medicare, Medicaid, and diverse payor mixes
  • Experience with hybrid care models (telehealth & in-person services)
  • Knowledge of EOS framework and experience serving as an Integrator
