META is seeking a skilled and proactive Salesforce Administrator to manage and optimize our Salesforce ecosystem, ensuring it aligns with our business needs and enhances operational efficiency. This role will also support Revenue Operations, Business Systems Analysis, Marketing Operations, Compliance, Training, and Reporting to drive data-driven decision-making and business growth.

Responsibilities

Salesforce Administration & Optimization
  • Manage and configure Salesforce to meet business needs, including user roles, permissions, workflows, dashboards, and automation.
  • Ensure data integrity, perform routine maintenance, and troubleshoot system issues.
  • Integrate Salesforce with other business tools (e.g., marketing automation, ERP, billing systems).
  • Monitor system performance and recommend improvements.

Revenue Operations & Sales Support
  • Streamline sales processes using Salesforce automation, reporting, and forecasting tools.
  • Enhance lead scoring, opportunity tracking, and pipeline management.
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to optimize workflows and sales team productivity.

Business Systems Analysis
  • Identify inefficiencies in CRM processes and implement system enhancements.
  • Work with IT to maintain system security and compliance.
  • Evaluate and integrate third-party tools to improve efficiency.

Compliance & Data Governance
  • Ensure Salesforce data security and HIPAA compliance with industry regulations.
  • Manage user access controls, audit logs, and role hierarchies.
  • Maintain standardized data entry and cleanup processes.

Training & Change Management
  • Provide training and documentation for Salesforce users across departments.
  • Act as the primary resource for Salesforce-related inquiries and best practices.
  • Stay updated on Salesforce developments and recommend system enhancements.

Reporting & Analytics
  • Build and maintain reports and dashboards to track sales, operations, and marketing KPIs.
  • Generate insights to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Provide leadership with actionable analytics and recommendations.

HR & Talent Operations
  • Help HR track employee performance data using CRM or HR management tools.
  • Support onboarding and IT setup for new hires.
  • Assist in employee engagement initiatives, like internal surveys and reporting.

Marketing & Web Analytics
  • Support marketing operations, managing website analytics (Google Analytics, SEO tools, email automation).
  • Assist with CRM-based customer segmentation for better-targeted campaigns.
  • Work on website content management if they have technical skills (e.g., WordPress)

Qualifications & Skills
  • 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
  • Salesforce Administrator certification preferred.
  • Experience integrating Salesforce with other business tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and training abilities.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with sales, IT, and clinical teams.

  • $90,000-120,000k
