We are seeking a skilled and proactive BIM /CAD Specialist or Engineer to support a major construction and facility expansion project. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring the seamless coordination, integration, and management of digital models across multiple disciplines and contractors. This individual will work closely with engineering, construction, and client teams to drive efficiency and mitigate design or construction conflicts through advanced modeling and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage BIM models across multiple trades throughout construction.
  • Facilitate clash detection and resolution with Navisworks, Revit, and BIM 360.
  • Support design and construction teams in model updates and document management.
  • Participate in coordination meetings with contractors, designers, and engineers.
  • Ensure models comply with BIM execution plans and company standards.
  • Provide technical BIM support to on-site teams as needed.
  • Collaborate on 4D/5D construction sequencing, if required.
  • Assist in QA/QC of models for accuracy and compliance.


Compensation- $55-65/hr

Requirements

Qualifications:
  • 3-7 years as a BIM Coordinator/Manager in life sciences, pharmaceutical, or industrial construction.
  • Proficient in BIM tools: Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and BIM 360.
  • Strong understanding of construction processes and coordination.
  • Familiarity with GMP environments and biotech facility builds is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to collaborate on-site in fast-paced, multidisciplinary settings.

Preferred Experience:
  • Experience with large-scale pharmaceutical or biotech capital projects.
  • Knowledge of ISO 19650 or similar BIM standards.
  • Background in architectural, engineering, or construction management.
