SALARY RANGE: Administrative Staff Salary Schedule plus School District Comprehensive Benefits Package.
Salary Range of $85,332-$111,983 (205 day contract), depending on experience and education with additional opportunities for tuition reimbursement.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE POSITION:
- M. A. in Educational Administration or related area with Colorado Provisional or Professional Principal License.
- Minimum of five to seven years of successful public school classroom teaching experience.
- Experience as a Building Level Administrator, District Administrator or teacher leader preferred.
- Demonstrated school leadership and instructional leadership abilities; lead change and manage transitions; keep focus on student achievement; lead, implement, monitor and revise school improvement plans; communicate and collaborate with district leadership; maintain a focus on school reform that provides rigor, relevance and positive relationship for students.
- Experience in evaluating and coaching instructional and classified personnel.
- Experience in administering a comprehensive middle school student discipline program; prefer experience with Positive Behavior Support System.
- Demonstrated skills and ability to work with teachers in developing effective teaching strategies in a teaming environment; experienced in middle level teaming.
- Demonstrated ability and commitment in staff and community relations, supporting, developing and promoting a positive school climate, shared decision-making, site-based management and school improvement processes.
- Thoroughly grounded in best practices in ELL education and effective classroom instruction.
- Experience in AVID and AVID demonstration schools preferred.
- Demonstrated knowledge of Colorado standards and assessments and the ability to facilitate data driven instruction and the standards based classroom.
- Computer and technology skills required.
- Experience working with diverse populations.
- Bilingual/Biliterate skills Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred, but not required.
- Such alternatives to the above qualifications as the Board may find appropriate and acceptable.
