Required Skills:

Bachelor's Degree in IT or equivalent work experience
3+ year's of IT experience implementing different Kronos WFM products (REQUIRED)
3+ year's of experience implementing Oracle Exadata Cloud Service / at Customer (REQUIRED)
2+ year's of experience using enterprise software development; Experience with Java (REQUIRED)
Solid understanding about Oracle Database 12c/19c/21c
Java software design and/or development
3+ of experience on Jboss/Oracle Weblogic server (REQUIRED)
Functional and technical knowledge of Kronos WFM upgrades
Hands-on experience in planning, testing, and executing upgrades and patches
Communication skills - Must be able to effectively convey technical information to diverse audiences
Good interpersonal skills - including the use of written, electronic, and oral communication
Sound problem-solving, reasoning, analytical, aptitude, attention to detail skills
Time-management skills, self-motivated and directed
Adept at reading, writing, and interpreting technical documentation and procedure manuals
Ability to present ideas and solutions in user-friendly language/ Ability to explain technical concepts to inexperienced users
