Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and manage robust, scalable data pipelines and workflows using Python and Snowflake.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and translate requirements into actionable solutions.
- Partner with cross-functional platform teams and offshore resources to ensure seamless project execution.
- Build and optimize data models and architecture to support analytics and reporting needs.
- Monitor and improve data integration processes, ensuring accuracy, reliability, and performance.
- Explore opportunities to incorporate machine learning solutions into data engineering workflows.
Qualifications:
- 6+ years of experience in data engineering, with a strong focus on Python and Snowflake.
- Proven ability to work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver impactful solutions.
- Extensive experience working with offshore and cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
- Experience with machine learning concepts and applications.
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) for data engineering and machine learning.
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines for data and ML workflows.
