Position Overview
We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Real Estate Attorney to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial real estate law and business litigation, providing expert legal advice and representation to our clients in real estate transactions and disputes.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide legal counsel on commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, sales, leasing, and financing.
• Draft and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents related to real estate transactions.
• Represent clients in real estate litigation matters, including disputes over property transactions, leases, and land use.
• Conduct legal research and analysis to support real estate cases and transactions.
• Advise clients on regulatory compliance and zoning issues related to real estate.
• Collaborate with clients, real estate agents, and other parties to ensure smooth transactions.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active license to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.
• Minimum of 3-7+ years of experience in real estate law, with a focus on commercial real estate.
• Familiarity with business litigation and dispute resolution processes.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
