Position Requirements

The Business Development Specialist position will work closely with the Business Development Ops and Sales team members to assisting with strategic tasks related to new business initiatives in areas such as but not limited to inside sales, market intelligence, data management, presentations, and various strategic initiatives. This individual will focus on outreach via both HubSpot mass email campaigns and custom inside sales outreach campaigns to potential business partners, as well as overseeing the lead funnel produced by our AI software.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Oversee the creation of lead segments and reports based on key market profiles in 6Sense AI tool, including regular reporting on relevant leads and the transition into our CRM lead funnel.
  • Creation of mass email campaigns through HubSpot with specific drip campaigns to select cohorts of the target market. This includes data imports, campaign creation, and campaign reporting.
  • 25% Generate new business leads by identifying new business opportunities, developing intelligence, building relationships and creating connections, and setting up meetings for the Sales team.
  • Handle specific projects and/or other duties as assigned or requested by team management.


QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Must have experience working with 6Sense AI tool, Administrator Certification preferred.
  • Must have experience working with HubSpot to create and report on email campaigns.
  • Must have experience in outbound lead generation and customer-facing communications.
  • Must possess excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to interact positively and professionally at all levels.
  • Must have demonstrated experience of proactively identifying and analyzing problems, generating alternative solutions, and making decisions with minimal or no supervision.
  • Must be detail-oriented and have demonstrated experience working under deadlines.
  • Ability to proficiently use Microsoft Office: Word, PowerPoint, Excel.
  • Must have good working knowledge in technical writing including analyzing data, preparing graphic representations, charts, and narratives.
  • Must have demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Must be a team player able to work collaboratively in a fast-paced complex matrix environment.
  • Ability to travel on a limited basis to support the company's goals and objectives.


DESIRED/PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • At least (2) Years of Relevant Work Experience preferred
