Focus on
- They need to Grow as a company: Current challenge - overloaded with work minimal structure in place from a standard PMO perspective
- network infrastructure refresh - also doing an acquisition (M&A)
- lean towards the network/infra, but ideally they will have some networking/infra and some M&A
- They need someone mature enough to deal with Legacy people and still have the EQ to be firm yet patient
- Formally trained principles in Project management - so look for PMP
