Job Description:
Position Summary

• The Project Manager is responsible for end-to-end management and delivery of a material change for an organization and:
• Plans, organizes, monitors and controls projects using appropriate tools and techniques to ensure efficient and effective project completion.
• Ensures that all applicable Enterprise Change Standard, Enterprise Procedures, and any FLU/CF Procedures are followed for the project and that evidence meets Enterprise and line of business requirements.
• Manages project scope, timeline, and budget.
• Obtains and aligns resources to key project roles.
• Establishes clearly defined responsibilities and accountabilities.
• Manages risk and mitigation planning.
• Develops transition plans and ongoing success measures.
• Acts as the primary point of contact and integration for the project.
• For projects with technology, is responsible for obtaining all required evidence from Technology Lead.
• Oversees the following: Project execution, integration, and implementation - Readiness, change adoption and Stakeholder management - Quality Assurance
• Affirms that all material requirements are current, have been reviewed and are accurately satisfied for the project.
• Responsible for the upload of ECM-required project evidence to the Global Change Policy Artifact Repository (GCP AR) for all tollgates and deployment events (both significant and non-significant).
