Job Title: Hyperion Analyst 2. Job Summary : We are seeking a highly experienced Hyperion Analyst with 10 to 14 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Oracle Hyperion Tax Provision, Hyperion Planning, Hyperion Essbase, and Hyperion. The role involves working in a hybrid model with day shifts and does not require travel. The Sr. Business Analyst will play a crucial role in analyzing business requirements and providing solutions that align with our companys goals. 3. Experience : 10 - 14 years 4. Responsibilities : - Lead the analysis and documentation of business requirements for various projects. - Oversee the implementation of Oracle Hyperion Tax Provision, Hyperion Planning, and Hyperion Essbase solutions. - Provide expert guidance on the use of Hyperion tools to optimize business processes. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Hyperion solutions. - Develop and maintain detailed project plans to track progress and ensure timely delivery. - Conduct regular reviews and updates of Hyperion systems to ensure they meet business needs. - Facilitate workshops and training sessions to enhance team members understanding of Hyperion tools. - Ensure data integrity and accuracy within Hyperion systems through regular audits and checks. - Identify and resolve any issues or discrepancies within Hyperion applications. - Provide ongoing support and maintenance for Hyperion systems to ensure optimal performance. - Develop and implement best practices for the use of Hyperion tools within the organization. - Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables. - Monitor industry trends and advancements in Hyperion technology to keep the organization up-to-date. -Qualifications - Possess a strong background in Oracle Hyperion Tax Provision, Hyperion Planning, and Hyperion Essbase. - Demonstrate excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. - Exhibit strong project management capabilities. - Have experience in conducting training sessions and workshops. - Show proficiency in data integrity and accuracy checks. - Possess excellent communication and collaboration skills. - Have a keen understanding of industry trends and advancements in Hyperion technology. 9.
