Manager, Talent Acquisition

Position Overview:

Anaqua is seeking a highly motivated, experienced Talent Acquisition Manager eager to help us expand our growing organization! This role is perfect for a professional with a strong background in recruitment, talent management, and strategic planning, looking to take on more responsibility in a dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent in the US and Europe, while optimizing recruitment processes and supporting organizational goals.

Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide guidance on best practices for talent acquisition.
Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline, proactively identifying and engaging with potential candidates.
Employ innovative sourcing techniques to ensure a diverse and qualified candidate pool.
Conduct in-depth interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Provide insightful feedback to hiring managers and guide them in making informed hiring decisions.
Act as a trusted advisor to hiring teams, providing expertise on market trends, salary benchmarks, and candidate availability.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver an exceptional candidate experience
Generate regular reports on recruitment metrics and provide regular reporting on hiring activities and talent acquisition performance to leadership.
Ensure compliance with OFCCP, AAP, and VEVRAA as necessary.

What you'll need to be successful:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
At least 8+ years of full cycle in-house recruiting with a mix of hiring for technical and non-technical roles across various levels of the organization; preferably for software positions
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Experience working within requirements of AAP
Experience recruiting internationally; primarily US, Canada and Europe
Ability to be a quick learner, autonomous, resourceful, and a proactive self-starter, while also remaining process-oriented and a team player.
Strong ability to navigate various job boards and ATS (Bamboo preferred)
Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written
Motivated by a fast-paced culture and ability to work as part of a global team.
