JOB DESCRIPTION:

Job Title: Digital Product Manager for Personalization Foundational Tech Scrum

Objectives of this role:
Support the implementation of key Marketing Sales Platform capabilities that empower personalized marketing across multiple channels including secure session, public site, branch, and email marketing.
Collaborate with Product Management, line of business (LOB) partners, Product Owners, and Technology teams to deliver solutions via Agile methodology.
Leverage technical aptitude to build credibility and drive collaboration in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
Integrate and leverage Pega Customer Decision Hub (CDH) to enhance customer engagement and decision-making processes.
Responsibilities

Lead or participate in complex functions within the digital environment.
Contribute to large-scale planning related to the execution of the digital strategy.
Review and analyze complex content strategy/creation, customer experience, analytics/research, or product management.
Be a self-starter, able to multi-task, work well under tight deadlines, and collaborate with technical and business teams.
Participate in daily standups, lead refinement sessions, author/refine user stories, attend size/commit sessions, and provide feedback in retrospectives.
Lead the team to meet project deliverables while understanding digital initiatives, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and mid-level managers to resolve issues and achieve goals.
Work closely with Product Owner and/or LOB to understand prioritization of stories and elicit detailed functional and non-functional requirements.
Produce business requirement artifacts, including User Stories, UML, Use Cases, Business Rules, and Supplemental (Non-Functional) specifications.
Potentially lead projects, teams, or provide direction to junior staff on less complex digital initiatives.
Coordinate communication and information flow between product, business, and technology teams.
Utilize Pega CDH to drive personalized customer interactions and optimize marketing strategies.
Perform impact analysis of new decisioning logic changes introduced in the system.
Create test strategies, designs, and cases for new decisioning logic configured in Pega CDH.
Required Qualifications

4+ years of digital product management experience or equivalent.
1-2 years of exposure to Pega Customer Decision Hub (CDH).
4+ years of consultative business analysis or related technical experience.
Ability to gather information and create both business and technical requirements.
Ability to produce user stories and write acceptance criteria.
Ability to translate and present complex technical data across technical and non-technical groups.
Knowledge of creating sequence diagrams and web service level data mapping.
Understanding of systems and applications development with various software development methodologies.
Experience developing partnerships and collaborating with other business and functional areas.
Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills.
Good analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to execute in a fast-paced, high-demand environment while balancing multiple priorities.
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.?
