As part of the Performance Demand team in Amazon DSP, this role will own data ingestion mechanisms into ADSP and will be a contributor to how this data for campaign use cases like targeting, optimization and measurement in a privacy safe manner. This is a critical component of the ADSP roadmap and you will coordinate complex product initiatives across internal teams and stakeholders to prioritize roadmap features, and spearhead the definition of new capabilities through product and business requirements documents.

Key job responsibilities

1. Liaising with a broad range of internal stakeholders to manage data usage mechanisms

2. Strategic planning for key initiatives and roadmap prioritization with engineering teams

3. Presenting the vision and plans and align with leadership across Amazon

4. Lead and influence across different organizations and align diverse teams to a common goal - work cross-functionally with dedicated engineering, design, product marketing, services and other product groups to build the next version of products

About the team

Performance Demand is part of the Demand Products org in Amazon DSP and the north star of the team is to make ADSP the partner of choice for our customers as they seek to achieve their performance marketing objectives.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- 2+ years of end to end product delivery experience

- 5+ years of technical product or program management experience

- Bachelor's degree

- Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product

- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product

- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition

- Experience managing technical products or online services

- Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Experience in using analytical tools, such as Tableau, Qlikview, QuickSight

- Experience in building and driving adoption of new tools

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $136,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $235,200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
