Lab Technician/Engineer

Work on the critical path of the next generation of Mac portables and desktops. Test technician to support factory software readiness activities. Own the critical testing of 100s of units that are running tests 365/24/7. Take charge of daily regression tests on a large pool of test units (manual & automated), coordinate withQA engineers to analyze the test data and run further experiments.
Key Qualifications

oRequires experience in test or customer support related to Mac

oAbility to work with Mac system software and comfortable with hardware functions

oThoughtfully take care of competing demands and planning priorities

oWork with diverse engineering teams to provide them comprehensive detailed test report.

oStrong documentation and interpersonal skills on technical subjects

oExperience working in lab environment, set up test equipment and working with automated tools and tests
Description

oDaily test execution following detailed test procedures.

oCollect data from large number of devices under test, prioritize the findings and identify product defects

oPreparing and documenting test results

oFixing test equipment, test setups and automated test

Salary Range : $75,000-$120,000 a year
