What You'll Do
Serve as a key point of contact for customers and gather real time feedback
Contribute across the stack with a focus on building and iterating on our conversational AI platform
Collaborate closely with engineers, designers, and product leads to ship and improve features
Write clean, scalable, and testable code
Take on end to end responsibility for small projects with opportunities to grow into broader technical leadership
Who You Are
Any years of engineering experience (internships or side projects welcome)
Strong foundation in Python for backend development (Django experience is a plus)
Frontend experience with React and or Next.js
A self starter with a strong bias toward action. You like moving fast and figuring things out
Willingness to dive deep and work flexible hours when needed
Bonus Points For
Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, or other container orchestration tools
Prior experience at a startup or having built your own side projects
Interest in generative AI, LLMs, or machine learning applications
Strong communication skills and a customer centric mindset
