Compensation Type Combination Estimated Remuneration Variable. With a high volume of patients in the community, new physicians can expect to be busy enough to establish a full panel within their first few months of practice. Additionally, Whistler has a high volume of out of country patients who may require medical services, representing additional opportunity for earnings outside the msp structure. Physician Overhead Negotiable Billing Split Negotiable
