Job Description:
- Provide professional nursing care in a cardiovascular and thoracic operating room environment.
- Work in collaboration with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient care.
- Assist in preparing the operating room for surgical procedures, ensuring all necessary equipment and supplies are available and functioning.
- Maintain sterile techniques during surgical procedures and assist in maintaining patient safety and comfort.
- Participate in call shifts as required.
- Adhere to hospital policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Demonstrate strong communication, organizational, and critical thinking skills in a fast-paced environment.
