Accountability & Architecture Review

• Facilitate and conduct business and functional requirements gathering workshops with clients to ensure alignment of business needs with solution design.
• Write Business Requirements Documents (BRD), Functional Specifications Documents (FSD), and client communications documentation.
• Map business processes (AS-IS & TO-BE) and workflows to provide clear solution roadmaps.
• Guide architectural decisions using industry standards (e.g., ISA-95) and best practices.
• Lead architectural conversations and directives with the Syncora DMP team and partner teams.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in MES functional areas with a leading MES (Siemens, Dassault Systems, GE, Rockwell, iBASEt, Critical Manufacturing).
• Strong background in manufacturing operations and corresponding business operations.
• Advanced knowledge in the application of business workflow and requirements gathering.
• Excellent ability to communicate complex technical and business information at all organizational levels.
• Proven experience in leading architecture design and solution implementation.

Leadership & Mentorship

• Lead cross-functional teams and foster a collaborative culture to achieve project goals.
• Mentor and develop less experienced team members, promoting their growth in technical and business areas.

Process Development & Solution Implementation

• Perform business process analysis and identify opportunities for Syncora DMP solutions to improve operational efficiency.
• Lead the development of recommendations for process optimization and present these recommendations to customers and internal teams.
• Become proficient in Syncora DMP and oversee the development of integrated solutions for enterprise-scale projects.

Testing & Operational Support

• Lead the development of test cases and participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure functionality meets business needs.
• Provide day-to-day technical support for the customer solution, ensuring operational efficiency.
• Address technical/functional architecture issues and collaborate with business and technology teams to improve the solution.

Security & Compliance Awareness

• Implement and maintain solutions with a focus on security and compliance (e.g., GDPR, SOC 2).
• Understand and apply security frameworks (e.g., NIST, OWASP) within the solution design and development process.

Competencies

• Strong oral and written communication skills for engaging with clients and teams.
• Bilingual skills in English and Japanese for effective business communication (preferred, but not required).
• Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and manage competing demands.
• Proficient in promoting Syncora DMP capabilities and building strong relationships with clients and business partners.
• Creative and innovative in solving customer needs and delivering high-quality solutions.
• Detail-oriented with a strong service mindset and focus on teamwork.
