Job Title: Registered Nurse - Circulator/Scrub
Job Specialty: Operating Room, Circulation & Scrub
Job Duration: 13 weeks
Shift: 7:00 am - 3:30 pm as caseload dictates
Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week
Experience: Minimum of 2 years
License: Registered Nurse License
Certifications: BLS, ACLS
Must-Have: Experience in Orthopedics and Gynecology
Job Description:
- Perform duties of a Circulator/Scrub RN in the operating room.
- Work 8-hour shifts with required on-call duty every third weekend and as needed on weekdays, using a self-scheduling process.
- Capable of adapting to varying caseloads and possible shift adjustments.
- Ensure compliance with hospital protocols and provide high-quality care to patients.
- Collaborate with surgical team members to maintain sterile equipment and environments.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team setting.
- Complete necessary credentialing requirements efficiently.
- Demonstrate flexibility in housing options and commuting as needed.
- Commitment to patient safety and maintaining a high standard of care.
