IT Manager

This position will be onsite, 5 days a week for the first 3 months; hybrid, with 1-2 days a week from home after that.

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced IT Manager to oversee the IT department and manage technology operations. The ideal candidate will lead IT initiatives, optimize system performance, and ensure the security and integrity of our IT infrastructure while aligning technology with our business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the IT help desk, providing guidance and support to staff members.
• Oversee the implementation and maintenance of IT systems, including Microsoft Hyper-V, Windows Server, and Citrix.
• Develop and manage IT budgets, ensuring cost-effective solutions and resource allocation.
• Implement and monitor cybersecurity measures to protect company data and infrastructure.
• Evaluate and integrate new technologies that align with business needs and enhance operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with other departments to understand their IT needs and provide solutions accordingly.
• Stay updated on technology trends and advise leadership on potential opportunities for improvement and innovation.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an IT Manager or similar role with IT Management
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Hyper-V, Windows Server, and Citrix environments.
• Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to manage a team effectively.
• Experience with budgeting and financial management in an IT context.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Exchange, Sage 300, Procore, and Cisco Meraki is a plus.
• Knowledge of cloud-based services and emerging technology trends such as Blockchain and Robotics is desirable.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and data privacy regulations.
