Responsibilities
- Obsess and champion the use of Lumeto's immersive learning platform by maintaining expert-level knowledge of its features, functionality, and AI-driven capabilities.
- Lead product onboarding, training and ongoing effective program integration, serving as a trusted clinical ambassador, ensuring customers are successfully leveraging the product to achieve their use cases and needs.
- Continuously optimize onboarding and training materials, ensuring they remain current, effective, and user-friendly.
- Collaborate with customers to support product deployment, including IT coordination, device setup, and troubleshooting.
- Support sales & marketing efforts including product demonstrations, industry events, webinars and other content marketing initiatives, through expert level product knowledge and advocacy of the clinical education and training benefits and use cases.
- Gather, analyze, and communicate customer feedback to inform the product roadmap and enhance user experience.
- Support the clinical validation and oversight for development of simulation scenarios, product features, and curriculum integration.
- Support developing, maintaining, and refining our growing library of validated, high-impact clinical learning experiences, ensuring alignment with best practices in adult education.
- Work cross-functionally with product and research teams to push the boundaries of simulation-based learning and AI-driven healthcare education.
Essential Experience & Qualifications
- Clinical experience with direct patient care in a variety of settings.
- Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and support technology-based solutions, both remotely and in person.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively build trusted relationships with diverse set of stakeholders
- Exceptional and confident communication skills, including verbal written, and presentation format.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and their application in clinical education.
- Legal authorization to work in Canada and travel to the United States.
- Ability to travel up to 10% of the time for customer engagements, training sessions, and industry events.
- A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment, actively contributing ideas and process improvements.
- A curious and adaptable mindset, with a passion for learning and applying new technologies in healthcare training.
Useful Skills & Experience
- Experience in simulation-based education (e.g., clinical simulation centers, VR-based training, or medical education programs). Considered a strong asset
- Previous experience in product training, curriculum development, or technical support, ideally in a SaaS-based or health tech organization. Considered a strong asset
- Knowledge of VR, AI, and emerging healthcare training technologies, with an enthusiasm for innovation.
- Experience delivering adult education or professional training, with an understanding of instructional design principles and learner engagement strategies.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Experience gathering and analyzing user feedback to inform product development and educational improvements.
- A continuous improvement mindset, always looking for ways to enhance training methodologies and technology applications.
- The patience of a saint (or at least a very kind tech support person) when helping others learn new technology-because not everyone knows where the "any" key is!
