Job Summary:
This role plans, designs and builds extensions and integrations that eliminate manual activities through automation of data exchange between systems, defining configured workflows, and creating specialized data fields and rules that enable Costpoint as the single source of truth.
The Deltek Costpoint ERP Integrations and Extensibility Senior Manager participates in Costpoint implementations, engages in collaborative relationships with the project team's consultants and maintains positive interactions with the client.
Job Duties:
Consulting Responsibilities:
Learns and applies the BDO Deltek Costpoint Implementation Methodology
Supports the design of the ERP implementations for Deltek Costpoint
Completes technology integrations leveraging specific system(s) knowledge
Designs and deploys Costpoint Extensions
Assists with development of test plans
Performs detailed reviews and testing of data and system processes to confirm accuracy
Prepares detailed and organized workpapers and client deliverables
Professional Responsibilities:
Actively participates in the continuous improvement of BDO's Deltek Practice
Collaborates with teammates on the use of current software tools and Industry Specialty Services methodology
Participates in Business Development meetings, develops relationships with clients and engages in networking activities

Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Education:
Bachelor's degree, required; focus in Computer Science, Software Engineering or Database Management, preferred
Experience:
Five (5) or more years of experience with ERP system implementations, required
Five (5) or more years of experience using Java and Web Services with exchange formats SOAP, JSON, or XML, required
Experience with securing integration scenarios using appropriate authentication, authorization, non-repudiation, and data encryption methods, required
Confidence and experience with API protocols and schemas, required
Proven experience in designing and implementing system integrations, required
Experience with Costpoint, preferred
Familiarity with Cloud environments, AWS, preferred
Proficiency with Microsoft SQL Server, required; Oracle, preferred
License/Certifications:
PMP, preferred
ERP or technology certifications, preferred
Software:
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office suite, specifically Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, required
Direct, hands-on experience with automated integration tools, required
Language(s):
N/A
Other Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
Proficient in Extensibility
Strong knowledge of system and software quality assurance best practices and methodologies
Proven knowledge of relational database design and management techniques
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, specifically business / report writing
Strong analytical and research skills
Solid organizational skills, especially the ability to meet project deadlines with a focus on details
Ability to successfully multi-task while working independently or within a group environment
Proven ability to work in a deadline-driven environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously
Ability to follow and apply specific rules and regulations
Ability to work with minimal supervision
Individual salaries that are offered to a candidate are determined after consideration of numerous factors including but not limited to the candidate's qualifications, experience, skills, and geography.
National Range: $150,000 - $175,000
Maryland Range: $150,000 - $175,000
NYC/Long Island/Westchester Range: $150,000 - $175,000
