What You'll Do:
As a Software Release Manager, you'll oversee the development, customization, and global deployment of our proprietary Warehouse Execution System (WES). You will be at the heart of our software release cycle, ensuring every launch is smooth, on time, and of the highest quality.
- Project Leadership: Own the entire project lifecycle-plan, execute, and track feature delivery while maintaining robust documentation.
- Global Coordination: Facilitate cross-functional teams across the globe, ensuring seamless product launches and adherence to tight timelines.
- Risk Management: Anticipate roadblocks, identify potential risks, and develop strategies to keep projects on track.
- Quality Assurance: Oversee testing, gather feedback, and continuously improve product quality and deployment processes.
- Stakeholder Communication: Keep everyone in the loop-provide regular status updates, budget summaries, and ensure alignment with the product manager on deliverables and the product roadmap.
What You Bring:
- Experience: Proven experience in software project management (preferably in an Agile environment), with deep knowledge of WES and expertise in tools like Jira, Trello, and MS Project.
- Certifications: PMP or ScrumMaster certification is a bonus but not required.
- Leadership: Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with a knack for problem-solving and an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Technical/Business Acumen: A business or technical degree is preferred but not mandatory-your expertise and drive will speak volumes.
