- About the role: You'll be a valuable member of the care team alongside physician and Nurse Practitioner colleagues, working to complete inpatient palliative care consults and supporting the outpatient palliative care program, dependent upon need.

Who you are:
- Graduate of an accredited and/or approved Nurse Practitioner program.
- Current license as a Registered Nurse and Nurse Practitioner in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
- Clinical experience in Palliative Care preferred.
- Passionate about caring for a diverse population of Palliative Care patients.
- Current certification in CPR required.
- A team player who is excited to work alongside the interdisciplinary team to assist in patient care, support, and satisfaction.
